Trusted Coaches

The Inver Grove Heights Basketball Association has made the commitment to provide a safe, positive and productive experience for today’s youth in the community. We will be utilizing the Trusted Coaches Membership Program for all Head Coaches, Assistant Coaches and Board Members. IGH Basketball has also created a package for some coaches that include a nationwide criminal background check‚ general first aid and concussion instruction.

The Trusted Coaches program is delivered exclusively online (promoting 100% compliance) and provides the opportunity for a coach to complete the program at their own pace in the comfort of their own home.

Trusted Coaches also minimizes the time and burden placed on youth sports board directors because it has developed Administrative Tools (including a convenient dashboard) that allow leaders to effortlessly monitor and manage their coaches’ training and development. These tools eliminate the hassle and time of collecting and maintaining any and all coach screening, training and educational paperwork and completion certificates.

This is a Comprehensive-Cost Effective-Convenient online membership program for youth coaches that provides Confidence and Credibility to everyone participating in IGH Youth Basketball.
